Obituary of Rev. Chris Morgan

Peacefully at Alexandra Marine & General Hospital, Goderich on Sunday March 5, 2017 Rev. James Christian “Chris” Morgan of Fernhurst Glen, Goderich in his 90th year. Loving partner of Rev. Paula Taylor-Morgan. Father of Barry, Glen, Kevin, Daniel, and Jim. Predeceased by children Steven and Maureen. Brother of Ron. Brother in law of Geoffrey (Doreen) Dallin and Erica (Tom) Asselin. Missed by his niece Heather Dallin (Randy) and her children Liam and Paige. Chris was a veteran of WWII serving with the 48th Highlanders. After the war Chris served briefly in the RCMP then joined the Toronto Police Force. He served as a Padre and a Chaplain for the Goderich Legion and the Huron and London Naval Associations along with numerous other armed forces associations. Chris graduated from Unity School of Christianity in 1974 serving in parishes throughout North America. Chris and Paula operate Allfaiths Pastoral Cente, performing non-denominational services throughout Southwestern Ontario. A Funeral Service will be held at the Falconer Funeral Homes, Bluewater Chapel, 201 Suncoast Dr. East, Goderich on Saturday March 11, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. with visitation commencing at 12:30 p.m. A Service will be held by the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch No. 109 at 2:00 p.m. to begin the Celebration of Life.
