Peacefully, surrounded by her family, at Clinton Public Hospital, on Monday May 15, 2017, Mrs. Fern Dale of Clinton in her 93rd year. Beloved wife of the late Don Kennedy (1956), and the late Elgin Dale (1996). Survived by children Elaine (Kennedy) Scott & Art Sturt of Pickering, Ray & Faye Kennedy of Benmiller, Brian & Rita Kennedy of Dorchester, Doug & Jean Dale of Clinton, Elaine (Dale) Landesborough of Stratford, Neil & Barb Dale of Clinton, Marlene (Dale) & Lorne Weaver of Calgary, Alta. Also loved and missed by 17 grandchilden, and 21 great grandchildren. Sister in law of Lois (Dale) & Fred Brown of London. Also remembered by several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by son in law Don Landesborough, grandsons Brad & Kevin, sister Florence, and brothers Stanley & Leonard. Fern was very proud to have volunteered with the Huron County Meals on Wheels for 20 years until the fall of 2016. Friends will be received at the Falconer Funeral Homes, 153 High St., Clinton, on Thursday May 18, 2017 from 12 noon until time of the funeral service at 1 p.m. Interment Clinton Cemetery.
