At London Health Sciences Centre, University Hospital on Sunday June 11, 2017 Patricia "Pat" Mary (Haylow) Thomas of Clinton in her 71st year. Beloved wife of Glenn. Loving mother of Lisa & Alex of Waterloo and Tina & Darryl of Kitchener. Cherished grandmother of Carly and Caitlin. Dear sister of Paul & Cheryl, David & Velma, Sue, Linda & Ron, Janine & Edward, Kathy & Lance and Christine & Bert. Also missed by many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held at the Falconer Funeral Homes, Clinton Chapel on Friday from 6-9 pm where the Funeral Liturgy will be held on Saturday June 17, 2017 at 11 am. Cremation to follow, with inurnment at Clinton Cemetery at a later date. Donations to the Diabetes Association or a charity of your choice would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
