Dear Family: Sincere sympathy in the loss of a dear lady - Thelma. I have felt so badly for when I have stopped to talk as I did yesterday afternoon. Knowing that she did not speak, I carried on a conversation mainly on our days with Eastern Star and she clutched my hand very hard as if she did hear and understand. Thelma was special to many people in many ways.
