Gerald Barrett Wilson 72 years old born August 10, 1945 in Owen Sound, Ontario to Clifford and Lillian Wilson, passed away on September 15, 2017 at 11:10 a.m. in Victoria Hospital, London, Ontario surrounded by his loving family.

Born and raised in Owen Sound, Ontario Gerald went on to attend and graduate from Eastern Pentecostal Bible College and married his wife Rhoda Ann Martin on May 6, 1967. They had two children Jeffrey Gerald Wilson (spouse Wendy) and Shelley Ann Aubie (spouse Jim). He also has three grandchildren Zachary, Taylor and Madisun. Gerald loved to travel, entertain family and friends, build in his workshop and watch his grandchildren play sports. He was an avid sports enthusiast. His greatest passion was for his wife Ann. They lived and laughed every day, they served with open arms, worked hard and loved to rest on Lake Huron. Gerald served as a pastor and itinerant minister teaching family seminars across North America. He was blessed to be a part of the fellowship of the Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada for over 50 years. Many people have been touched by his ministry and the encouragement he brought. He was loved by family and many friends who looked to him as a brother, uncle, grandpa and friend.

Visitation will be held at Bethel Pentecostal Assembly, 321 Bayfield Road in Goderich on Tuesday, September 19, 2017 from 6:00 - 9:00 p.m. and on Wednesday, September 20th from 11 a.m. - 12.30 p.m. Funeral service will be held at the church at 1:00 p.m. Graveside interment service will be held on Thursday, September 21st at 11:00 a.m. at Hillsdale Cemetery, 3725 Petrolia Line, Petrolia, Ontario. As expressions of sympathy, the family would appreciate memorial donations to The Gideons International Memorial Bible Plan.
