Bev, Shirley and family, Sorry for the loss of your father, grandfather and great grandfather. We never knew him personally, but recall his name from suppertime discussions from the sixties when he was active in the Farmers Union and later in OFA. We still benefit from changes made under his leadership. He leaves behind a great legacy to carry on in the agriculture world. May all the wonderful memories bring smiles and laughter as you celebrate his life.

Our sincerest condolences to the Hill family on the loss of your Husband, Dad and Granddad. I knew him as a wee child but I met him as an adult in 2010 when we visited them in our motorhome traveling from Alberta. He spoke of his life and his loves and had myself, my husband and three grandsons mesmerized with his tales. He showed us his farm and his fishing hole and we could see why he loved it so much. He made a lasting impression on us all and we will cherish his kindnesses towards us always. All our best to the family.

As a student minister at Varna-Goshen, I shared with the congregations that, while seminary taught me to think theologically, it was the people of those congregations that taught me how to be a minister. No one did more to mentor me along that path than Gordon. He was a man of incomparable integrity, wisdom, and kindness, all of which he shared with generosity and love. I have missed him since leaving Bluewater. I will miss him even more now.
