At Alexandra Marine & General Hospital, Goderich on Friday, February 23, 2018 Charles L. Robinson of Goderich in his 82nd year. Cherished partner and best friend of Joan Lounsbury. Predeceased by his wife Marjorie Dawn (nee Taylor) Robinson (2005). Remembered by Tim's mother Marj. Loving father of Tim (Christine) Robinson of Clinton and Janice (Ted) Popma of London. Adored Poppa of Erika (Dale) Wagner, Nick (Mariko) Popma and great Poppa of Lincoln and Brady Wagner. Remembered by Joan's children Brett Lounsbury of Owen Sound, Chris (Carly) Lounsbury of Kitchener, Joan's grandchildren Evelyn and Henry Lounsbury who lovingly referred to him as Charlie, and Joan's siblings Ernest (Pat) Lapp and Vivian Lapp. Dear brother to Dave Robinson and brother-in-law to Ivan (Linda) Taylor, Janice Taylor, Bernice Taylor and Ralph (Kathy) Taylor. Also missed by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and  great nephews. Predeceased by his parents Frank & Isabella Robinson, sister Rene Straughan, brothers-in-law Les Taylor, Alan Taylor, Ken Taylor and Norman Taylor. Funeral Service will be held at the Falconer Funeral Homes - Bluewater Chapel, 201 Suncoast Dr. East, Goderich on Friday March 2, 2018 at 12:00 noon with visitation one hour prior to service time. Spring interment, Maitland Cemetery. Memorial donations to the Alexandra Marine & General Hospital Foundation would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
