Suddenly, in the comfort of her home in Goderich on Thursday, March 1, 2018. Gloria Jean Atfield (nee Saldivar) of Goderich in her 72nd year. Beloved wife for 48 years of Shawn Atfield. Loving mother of Serena and her spouse Colin Burns of Goderich and Liana and her spouse Dave Gascho of Blake, Ontario. Very proud grandmother of Kenley, Nicolas and Parker. Beloved daughter of Hortense Saldivar of Vallejo, California. A private family service will be held at a later date. As expressions of sympathy, the family would appreciate memorial donations to the Diabetes Association or the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
