Dear Bill and Norma and Elaine:
I write this on behalf of my sister Gail Lear who now is at Goderich Place. She had Ruth singing with Harry many times while she played the piano. Ruth and her, being young neighbours at Londesboro on our farms, had a close tie and Gail played the organ at church and taught lessons. They had a lot of interests together.

Ruth's family. I met Ruth when she came to a concert at Hullett Central P.S. I was the music teacher. Later she arrived at North Street United Church in Goderich, now known as Lakeshore. She was a valuable member of our choir and I know how difficult it was for her to stop coming when things were not easy for her. Every time I saw her she would stop me and ask how things were going with school and the choir. She will be badly missed by everyone who knew her.

I'm sending sincere condolences to Ruth's family..Ruth was a delightful woman who always had a lovely smile when we met..I last saw Ruth when she was recovering at AMGH in Goderich and I was doing pastoral visits for Lakeshore United Church..Ruth was always really interested in everyone at her Lakeshore United Church..I will always remember Ruth for her charming manner and her thoughtful ways..When I return to LUC Choir in September, I shall sing with thoughts of Ruth in my heart..We shall all miss dear Ruth..Dawn.

So sorry to hear of Ruths' passing. we remember her from CHSS and then I was reunited with her again when she moved to Goderich and especially when she was at Goderich Place where I volunteer. She lived a long happy life and is now singing with the angels!
