On Thursday March 21, 2019 at Stratford General Hospital, Robert Charter of Teeswater and formerly of East Wawanosh Twp. in his 83rd year. Beloved husband of Donelda for 57 years. Loving father of Elizabeth & Gary Dal Bianco of Niagara Falls and Lori & Stephen Jones of Milton. Cherished grandfather of Drew and Avery Jones and Garrett and Sarah Dal Bianco. Dear brother of Mildred McAdam of Clinton and Diane Charter of Mississauga. Visitation will be held at the Falconer Funeral Homes, 407 Queen St. Blyth on Sunday March 24, 2019 from 4:00 - 7:00 p.m. and on Monday March 25, 2019 from 10:00 a.m. to the time of funeral service at 11:00 a.m. Spring interment at Blyth Union Cemetery. Memorial donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Wingham Hospital Foundation would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
