Dear Helen,
I heard from my brother Jake that Jack had passed away. Jack and I were friends and when we were going to the Clinton church I would soften spend some time at the Roorda's home. We did have a friendship but since we left persuing preparation for mission work in Japan, we lost contact. Jack was a soft spoken person, and very kind.
His father was one of my favorite people because of his deep faith. Both Wilma and I send our love and deepest heartfelt prayers for you Helen and your family.
