Obituary of George Melvin Roy Cantelon

CANTELON: GEORGE

Peacefully at Huronview Home, surrounded by his family on Wednesday February 21, 2018 Mr. George Cantelon of Clinton in his 93rd year.  Beloved husband of the late Doris (Reid) Cantelon (2012).  Cherished companion of Muriel Taylor.  Loving father of Wayne & Esther Cantelon of Bayfield, Bill & Jo-Anne Cantelon of Woodstock, Faye & Randy Hughes of Kincardine, and Mark & Sherri Cantelon of Clinton.  Grandfather of Andy (Kate), Ryan (Bryan), Scott (Angela), Tim (Melissa), Reece (Emy), Fraser (Rosy), Laura (Graham), Kerri (Kevin), Basil, and Spencer.  Also missed by 9 great grandchildren.  Brother in law of Edna Cantelon, Ruby Hill, and Bruce Keys.  Predeceased by son in  law Rick Snell, brother Raymond Cantelon, sister in law Anna Keys, and brother in law Gordon Hill.  Friends will be received at the Falconer Funeral Homes, 153 High St., Clinton, on Thursday March 1, 2018 from 7-9 p.m., and on Friday March 2, 2018 at Brucefield Community United Church, 10 London Rd., Brucefield from 9:30 a.m. until time of the funeral service at 11:30 a.m.  Spring Interment Bairds Cemetery, Stanley Twp.  As expressions of sympathy memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society, Brucefield Community United Church, or the charity of ones choice would be appreciated.  Messages of Condolence for the Cantelon family may be placed at www.falconerfuneralhomes.com
