So sorry to hear of the passing of Ruth. Ruth was a Service Provider at CSFF where I used to work. We would always have a chat when she came into the office. My thoughts and prayers are with her family at this sad time.

My sister, Ruth, and I liked to share various writings.
This is a poem I wrote and sent to her for her birthday,
April 25, 2018.
SISTER-FRIENDS
A sister-friend is golden,
Threading sunshine through our days;
The world is so much brighter
with her kind and caring ways.
In times of disappointment,
She plants seeds of hope and cheer;
A sister-friend is faithful,
Growing sweeter year by year.
In seasons of rejoicing,
When our skies are filled with blue;
She'll join the celebration,
Winging songs and smiles to you.
Her special bond is priceless,
Though you find yourselves apart;
For sister-friends are steady,
Linked together at the heart.
