Peacefully at her home, Gone Home to Glory on Monday September 17, 2018 Mrs. Ruth Dianne (Batten)(Wicks) Embling of Vanastra in her 77th year.  Loving wife for 25 years to Bill Embling.  Caring mother of Robin Wicks, Ronda Wicks, Roxanne Wicks, Kim & Jim Cochrane, Dixie & Chris Patterson, Shannon Embling & Chris Maxwell, Tim & Amanda Embling, and Luke Embling.  Cherished by her 13 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.  Dear sister and sister in law of June Snelgrove, Phyllis & Joe Zammit, Bob & Marion MacKenzie, David & Marilyn Batten, George Walter, Cynthia & John Prechner, and Beatrice Embling.  Predeceased by her parents Alan & Doris Batten, and sister Carol Walter.  Friends will be received at the Vanastra Community Christian Reformed Church, 50 5th Ave., Vanastra, on Friday from 7-9 p.m. where the funeral service will be held on Saturday September 22, 2018 at 11 a.m.  Interment Dixon Cemetery, Brampton.  As expressions of sympathy memorial donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or the Charity of One's Choice would be appreicated.  Funeral arrangements entrusted to Falconer Funeral Homes, Clinton.  Messages of Condolence for the Embling Family are welcome at www.falconerfuneralhomes.com
