CLAUSSEN: HILMA MARTHA After a twelve-year courageous and determined fight against cancer and for life, at Jessica’s House, Exeter, on Sunday June 21, 2020, exactly 25 years to the day of settling in Canada, Mrs. Hilma Martha Claussen of Clinton in her 80th year. Beloved wife for 57 years of Hans Georg Claussen. Loving and devoted mother of Sonke & Anne Claussen, Hauke & Susanne Claussen all of Brucefield, and Gesine & Christian Makoben of Germany. Cherished grandmother of Magnus (Abbey), Lucas, Sara, Vica, Kai, Lina, and Jan-Niklas. Dear sister of Christoph & Antje Bendfeldt, and Klaus Bendfeldt all of Germany. Predeceased by her parents Christoph & Elsa Bendfeldt. A private celebration of Hilma’s Life will be held at the Falconer Funeral Homes – Clinton, on Thursday June 25, 2020. Cremation to follow. A time to gather, share hugs, handshakes and to remember Hilma will follow when the current restrictions allow.
