Our deepest sympathies to Barrie's family, Bev and friends,
I met Barrie early 70's as we started our helicopter pilots careers.
We worked together across Canada and overseas. We had a lot of adventures together.
Barrie had an infectious laugh and smile, a positive outlook on life and a heart of gold.
Memories he has created will last with us forever
Rest in peace dear friend.
Bill and Sylvie Kipke

To Barrie’s loved ones, I first met Barrie when he married the “girl next door””. We reconnected when I discovered he was wonderful friends with my good friends here in Kelowna. So over the years we had some fun times catching up here in B.C.
Was sorry to hear Barrie had not been well the last few years so we choose to remember a guy full of life and a good friend to many. Please accept my sympathy. Wendy Crawford

To the family of Barrie, Laura and I are deeply saddened to hear of Barrie's passing. I met Barrie in Waterloo in1979 and we have been good friends ever since. We travelled to Dubai and England to visit him and Wendy and they could not have had better hosts. Barrie and I had a lot of fun with our kids when the were young at Healy Lake. I visited Barrie in his home in Clinton and saw him last at Huronview. He took me to see his mom and spoke very highly of Bev..I have been going through old pics lots of great memories with Barrie I will miss him,

To the family
This is such a very difficult time for you. We will miss Barrie. My husband Bob Pearson played ball with Barrie in Holmesville many years ago and he remembered the fastball and Bob when he first came to Huronview. He also pushed my Mom to dinner and dropped by her room to see the birds on her birdfeeder. She will miss him and Florence.
Thinking of you Bev. You were so wonderful to him. Our thoughts are with you all.
Sincerely
Marian Andrews
