Obituary of Bill McLeod

McLeod: William “Bill” Peacefully at Stratford General Hospital, Stratford on Friday January 29, 2021. Mr. William “Bill” McLeod of Seaforth and formerly of Clinton in his 80th year. Beloved husband of Fiona McLeod for 35 years. Loving father, step-father, and father in law to John & Colleen McLeod, Donna McLeod (Dave Eckert), Jim & Lucy McDougall, and Troy and Marrianne McDougall. Bill will be remembered by 11 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. Brother in law of John & Sharon Edward, and Wendy & Bill Bice. Predeceased by granddaughter Ashley McDougall, and brothers George & Mary McLeod, Hughie & Gloria McLeod, and Jack McLeod. Bill was proud to have worked as a custodian at both Clinton Public School and C.H.S.S, he also enjoyed swimming, golfing, woodworking, and having campfires with his family. Whenever you saw Bill you knew you would be in for a good chat and a laugh. At Bill’s request and in light of COVID which took his life, cremation has taken place, and a service of remembrance will be held when it is safe to share hugs and stories.
