Obituary of Allan Searle

Peacefully at Alexandra Marine & General Hospital, Goderich on Sunday, April 27, 2014 George "Allan" Searle of Goderich and formerly of Walton in his 94th year. Beloved husband for 71 years of Alice (Huether) Searle. Loving father of Helen Duncan of Manitoba, Gail Searle of Brampton and Mary & Earl Pennington of Goderich. Cherished grandfather of Jason Pennington, Jessica (Zach) Fielder, Deanna Searle and great grandfather of Cade, Tucker and Mason. Brother-in-law of Margery Huether and Ruth (Gerald) McArter. Also missed by his nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents John & Emma Searle, son-in-law Jim Duncan, grandson Cory Duncan and in-laws Gordon & Mary Saunders, Harold, Ray and Ron Huether. A Funeral Service will be held at the Falconer Funeral Homes, Bluewater Chapel, 201 Suncoast Dr. East Goderich on Friday, May 2, 2014 at 2:00 with visitation one hour prior to service time. Interment Brussels Cemetery at a later date. Memorial donations to Duff's United Church, Walton or the Alzheimer's Society would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
