Obituary of Fern Chesney

Suddenly at Stratford General Hospital on Sunday July 6, 2014 Mrs. Fern Chesney of Seaforth in her 83rd year. Beloved wife of the late Jack Emrick and the late Perk Chesney. Loving mother of Nancy Teeter of Everett, Gayle & Roy Kierstead of Everett, Michael Emrick of Duncan, B.C., and Holly & Lloyd Kelly of Crofton B.C. Cherished grandmother of eight grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. Dear sister of Don & Evelyn MacDonald of Brampton, Margaret Smith of Wingham, Anna & Don Noble of Harriston, and Jack & Lois MacDonald of Port Albernie, B.C. Predeceased by her son Bob Emrick, son in law Delmer Teeter, daughter in law Linda Emrick, and sisters Iris Pryde, and Florence Teeter. Friends will be received at the Falconer Funeral Homes - Clinton Chapel 153 High St., Clinton, on Wednesday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Celebration of Life Service will be held at Egmondville United Church, Egmondville, Ontario on Thursday July 10, 2014 at 1 p.m. Cremation has taken place. Interment of ashes at Maitland Bank Cemetery, McKillop Twp., Ontario. Royal Canadian Legion Branch #156 Seaforth will hold a service at the Funeral Home on Wednesday at 4 p.m. As expressions of sympathy memorial donations to Egmondville United Church or the Charity of One's Choice would be greatly appreciated.
