Obituary of Joyce Taylor

Peacefully at Clinton Public Hospital on Saturday September 22, 2012 with her family by her side Merilyn "Joyce" (Johnston) Taylor of Clinton in her 73rd year. Beloved wife of the late Kenneth "Buns" Taylor (2010). Loving mother of Paul Taylor of Clinton and the late Robert Taylor (2011). Dear daughter of Olive (Young) Johnston of Clinton. Dear sister and sister-in-law of Dianne Maguire and Karen & Gordon Tait all of Clinton, Bonnie & Gerry Upshall of Kippen and Barbara Taylor of Clinton. Also survived by an aunt, several nieces, nephews and cousins. Predeceased by her father Graham Johnston, father and mother-in-law Barrett & Marion Taylor and by 2 brothers-in-law Steven Maguire and Murray Taylor. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a graveside service at the Clinton Cemetery on Tuesday September 25, 2012 at 11:30 a.m. with The Reverend Karine Farmer of St. Paul's Anglican Church, Clinton officiating. Immediately following all are invited to attend a reception and celebration of Joyce's life at the Royal Canadian Legion Clinton Branch No. 140, 95 Kirk St. in Clinton from 12 noon until 2:30 p.m. Those wishing to give donations in memory of Joyce are asked to consider the Clinton Public Hospital Foundation, St. Paul's Anglican Church, London Regional Cancer Centre or the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society of Canada as expressions of sympathy.
