Obituary of Steven Keys

It is with deep sadness that we the family of Steve Keys age 58, of R.R.1, Varna announce his passing at Clinton Public Hospital on Monday, October 1, 2012 surrounded by the love of his family. Steve is the dear son of Arnold & Nora (Eyre) Keys of R.R.1, Varna. Beloved husband and best friend of Linda (Poelman) Keys. Loving father and father-in-law of Greg & Charlene Keys of R.R.2, Zurich, Leanne & Mike Colclough of R.R.3, Clinton; Dan Keys of Stratford; Darren & Brandy Keys of Bayfield and Jennifer & Matt Telfer of Egmondville. Sadly missed by his 6 grandchildren Alyssa and Lincoln Keys, Morgan, Tyler and Emily Colclough and Rikki Marie Keys. Dear brother and brother-in-law of Allan Keys of Exeter, Marj & Don Wise of R.R.3, Clinton; Lawrence & Joann Keys of Woodbridge, Conn.; Tom & Claire Poelman of Surrey, B.C.; Lloyd & Joanne Poelman , Rita & Hans Van Dyke all of Clinton; Eileen & John Moerbeek of R.R.6, Goderich and Don & Christine Poelman of R.R.1, Bayfield. Also loved by several nieces, nephews, cousins and his many friends. Predeceased by his parents-in-law Marten and Hennie ( Bysterveld ) Poelman and sister-in-law Monica Keys. Friends will be received at the Falconer Funeral Homes Ltd.- Clinton Chapel 153 High Street, Clinton on Thursday, October 4, 2012 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will be held at the Brucefield United Church on Friday, October 5, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Colin Snyder officiating. Interment Bayfield Cemetery. Donations to the Clinton Public Hospital Foundation, Canadian Cancer Society or to the charity of one's choice would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
