Obituary of John Hoogendoorn

Peacefully with his family by his side, the Lord called home John Hoogendoorn of Clinton, on Tuesday November 13, 2012 in his 91st year. Beloved husband of Maria (Brouwer) Hoogendoorn. Loving father of John & Nellie Hoogendoorn of RR #3 Clinton and their family Nathan & Jenn Hoogendoorn, Michael & Beverly Hoogendoorn, Colby & Hailey, Alissa & Harrison Burgsma, Mariah & Arron, and Janelle & Darren Bouman. Richard & Annette Hoogendoorn of Whitby and their family, Darren & Laurelle Hoogendoorn, Allison & Jonathan DeJong, and Kristen Hoogendoorn. The late Sophia & Paul Howes of Hiedelberg and their family David Howes & Beth MacDonald, Stephen Howes, Bryan Howes, and Nicholas Howes. Dear brother of Els, Ido, and Bep all of the Netherlands. Predeceased by 4 sisters and 3 brothers. Friends will be received at the Clinton Christian Reformed Church, 243 Princess St., Clinton on Friday from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. and on Saturday November 17, 2012 from 10 a.m. until time of the funeral service at 11 a.m. Interment Clinton Cemetery. In Lieu of flowers memorial donations to World Relief (Haiti Disaster Response) or the Parkinsons Foundation would be greatly appreciated.
