Obituary of Jean Bartliff

Peacefully at Huronview Home, Clinton, on Sunday December 23, 2012 in her 92nd year. Predeceased by her husband Bruce Bartliff (2011). Sadly missed by sons Don (Sharee) Bartliff, Paul Bartliff (Sharon Brown) and David (Rhonda) Bartliff. Grandma of April (Ken) Janman, Philip Bartliff, Jason Brown, Josh (Laura) Brown, Darren (Tracie) Bartliff, Lindsey (Corey) Hammel, Kurtis & Jocelyn Bartliff. Great grandma of Gavin, Cienna, Kendralyn, Carleigh, Rachel, Cruz, Callie & Carter. Dear sister in law of Doug (Helen) Bartliff. Sadly missed by several nieces and nephews in the Clinton, and St. Thomas areas. Predeceased by her parents Fred Knight and Maude (Kettelwell) Knight, brothers Laverne Knight, Bill (Helen) Knight, twin Jack (Gladys) Knight, Harold Knight, Marguerite (Harold) Clark, Trudy (Phil) Abel, Thelma (Jack) Brumpton, Elliott (Kay) Bartliff and Dorothy (Alf) Crozier. Jean graduated nursing school in St. Thomas in 1943, loved bowling, golf, and was a faithful member of St. Paul's Anglican Church and Friendship Guild. At Jean's request cremation has taken place and a private family service will be held. A special thank you to the nurses and staff at Huronview for the special care and compassion you have provided for our mother in the past.
