Obituary of Elwood Mitchell

Peacefully at Clinton Public Hospital on Thursday December 27, 2012 Mr. Elwood Mitchell of RR#2 Bayfield and formerly of Londesborough in his 81st year. Beloved husband of Audrey (Bain) Mitchell. Loving father of Traci & Robert Radford of Londesborough and Mark & Laurel Mitchell of Clinton. Cherished grandfather of Terry, Eric and Shelby Radford Amanda, Jacquelyn and Tyler Mitchell. Dear brother and brother-in-law of Maurice Mitchell of Stratford, Bruce & Kay Mitchell of Owen Sound, Connie Mitchell of Dartmouth N.S., Martha Mitchell of Bayfield and Madelyn Bain of Seaforth. Predeceased by daughter Nancy Anne Mitchell, brothers Earl and Brian Mitchell, in-laws Wally Bain and Edith Mitchell. Also missed by several nieces and nephews. At Elwood's request there will be no visitation. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at Londesborough United Church, Londesborough on Wednesday January 2, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. Cremation with interment of ashes at Avondale Cemetery at a later date.
