Our family have been communicating via e-mails about Aunt Jean since we heard about her death.A vivid memory that we have is of Jean's beauty and sense of style. One day especially stands out in our memories-while we swam with our cousins in the gravel pit, Aunt Jean was shovelling gravel into a container and she was dressed to the 9's. A beautiful blouse,skirt and red pumps was her attire for this physical task. I hope this memory brings smiles to her family who would know better than anyone how fashionable their mother was.
