Obituary of Jim Cartwright

Suddenly at his residence on Wednesday March 13, 2013 Jim Cartwright of Auburn in his 75th year. Beloved husband of Grace (Hallam) Cartwright. Loving father of Paul & Wendy (Turner) Cartwright of London. Cherished grandfather of Kelsy. Dear brother of Jean & Robert Williams of Waterloo, Don & Erma Cartwright of Auburn, Jetrid Cartwright of Cambridge and brother-in-law of Evelyn Robichaud of New Brunswick, Arthur & Donna Hallam of British Columbia, Raymond & Klaske Hallam of London, Elizabeth Debold of Goderich, Joyce & Joe Essery of Vanastra, Ralph & Ann Hallam of Kintail, Howard & Marie Hallam of Stratford. Also missed by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Ted & Dorothy, an infant son Adam, brothers-in-law Lucien Robichaud, Elmer Debold and a sister-in-law Lois Rueger. Also predeceased by several nieces and nephews. Jim was an avid participant at the international ploughing match and was very involved in horticulture. At Jim's request cremation has taken place. A memorial service will take place at Knox United Church, Auburn on Monday, March 18th at 1:00 p.m. followed by a reception at the church hall. In lieu of flowers, donations to Ball's Cemetery or the Auburn United Church would be appreciated.
