Obituary of Maitie Aileen Little

Peacefully at Alexandra Marine & General Hospital, Goderich, after a fell while walking, on Friday, August 1, 2014 Maitie Aileen (Millian) Mitchell-Little of Goderich in her 92nd year. Beloved wife of the late Charles Mitchell and Ford Little. Loving mother of Roger & Shirley Mitchell of North Vancouver, B.C., Suzanne & Bryan Pownall of Chandos Lake and Larry & Carol Mitchell of Clinton. Cherished grandmother of Kelly, Kim, Kevin, Jason, Gabrielle, Jasmine and 6 great grandchildren. Sister of Ruth & Carl Thomson of Stratford. The family wish to thank the good Samaritans, John of the Goderich Parks Department and the couple who drove Maitie to the Goderich Hospital, as well as the hospital staff for Maitie's care. Thank you to Dana Prouse of DP Music Therapy. At Maitie's request cremation has taken place. A private family graveside service will be held at Colborne Cemetery, Colborne Twp. Donations to the Alexandra Marine & General Hospital Foundation, Palliative Care Unit would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
