Obituary of William Charles Hayward

It is with heavy hearts that the family announces the passing of William (Bill) C. Hayward of Goderich, Ontario on Friday, September 19, 2014. Loving husband of Sandy. Dear father of Cindy & Sergio Mendoza, Chad & Sally Hayward and Colby Hayward. Devoted grandpa to Aiden, Adriel, Rubria, Rhodric and Meritxell Mendoza, Daniel, David and Dylan Hayward. Survived by siblings Jim (Kay) Hayward, Betty (Brian) Graham, Pat (Bob) Smith, Paul (Carol) Hayward and David (Elvira) Lester. Loved and will be missed by mother-in-law Helen Douglas of Watford and in-laws Ionne (Joe), Inez (Don), Joan, Jerry, Lyle (Dorothy), Penny (Roy). Missed by many nieces and nephews. Bill will also be missed by the Routley family; Ivan, Louise (Ron), Larry (Lynne) and Jim (Anne). Predeceased by parents Herbert & Verda Hayward and siblings June, Bob and Ken. Visitation will be held at the Falconer Funeral Homes-Bluewater Chapel 201 Suncoast Dr. East Goderich on Monday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. where the Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, September 23, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. with Reverend Elise Feltrin officiating. Interment Maitland Cemetery, Goderich. A Memorial Service by the Goderich Lions Club will take place on Monday at 6:45 p.m. Donations to the hospital or charity of your choice would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
