Peacefully at Wingham and District Hospital, on Thursday September 25, 2014 Mrs. Cornelia (Corrie) Wallace of RR #2 Blyth in her 83rd year. Beloved wife of Alvin Wallace. Loving mother of Rachel Walace-Oberle and husband Jay Oberle of Elmira, and Boris & Melodi Wallae of RR #2 Blyth. Dearly loved grandmother of Barrett (Leah Zwart) Oberle, Thomas Oberle, Justina & Peter Do, Nicolette Wallace, Logan Wallace, and Hunter Wallace. Dear sister of Margaret Jongsma of Brampton, Ann Reinsma of Goderich, Nick & Nancy Van den Assem of Calgary, Alberta, John & Joan Van den Assem of Brussels, Ben Van den Assem and partner Catherine Cornish of Ottawa. Sister in law of Henk Zeilstra of The Netherlands, and Lee Van den Assem of Hanover. Predeceased by sister Tine Zeilstra, brother Tony Van den Assem, and brothers in law Piet Reinsma, and Henk Jongsma. Friends and family will be received at the Heartland Community Church, 52 Victoria St., Clinton, on Wednesday from 7-9 p.m. Where the funeral service will be held on Thursday October 2, 2014 at 11 a.m. Interment Blyth Union Cemetery, Blyth. As expressions of sympathy memorial donations to the Heartland Community Church would be greatly appreciated. Funeral arrangements are entrusted to the Falconer Funeral Homes, Clinton.
