Peacefully at London Health Sciences Centre-University Campus, on Tuesday, November 11, 2014 Mr. Charles Beverley Reid of RR#1 Varna in his 85th year. Beloved husband for 62 years of Bernice (Blake) Reid. Loving father and father-in-law of Charlene Schnarr of London and Joanne Reid of RR#1 Varna. Cherished grandfather of Meggin & Brian Van Hoof of Strathroy, Genelle Reid of Varna, Blake Reid of Varna and Shania Schnarr of London. Great grandfather of Parker and Ashley Van Hoof. Brother-in-law of Leone Blake of Holmesville. Also missed by several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his son Doug Reid (2011), brothers Bill & Mary Reid, Bob & Marg Reid and brother-in-law Gerald Blake. Friends will be received at the Falconer Funeral Homes, Clinton Chapel 153 High St. Clinton on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. where the funeral service will be held on Friday, November 14, 2014 at 2 p.m. Interment Bayfield Cemetery. Donations to the Ostomy Canada Society or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
