BEACOM: Edythe Peacefully at Huronview Home, Clinton on Monday, November 17, 2014. Miss Mary Edythe Beacom of Huronview and formerly of Londesborough in her 100th year. Edythe was a school teacher for 37 years. She is the last surviving member of her family. Daughter of the late A. W. and Mary (Pearson) Beacom. Predeceased by brothers and sisters Laura Lyon, Harold Beacom, Bert Beacom and Kathleen Neil, nieces Marguerite Neil and Marilyn Crummer and nephew Murray Lyon. Dear Aunt of Bert (Joanne) Lyon of Londesborough, Bill (Yvonne) Beacom, Lois (Ken) Edey all of Calgary and Robert (Angela) Beacom of Goderich. Lovingly remembered by all her great nieces and great nephews. Friends will be received at Falconer Funeral Homes - Clinton Chapel, 153 High Street, Clinton on Friday, November 21st from 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 p.m. where the funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 22, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. Interment, Clinton Cemetery. Members of the Order of the Eastern Star, Exeter Chapter #222 will hold a memorial service at the funeral home on Friday afternoon at 4:00 p.m. As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations to Clinton Public Hospital Foundation, Heart and Stroke Foundation or Cancer Society would be appreciated.
