Obituary of Lloyd John Carter

Peacefully at Clinton Public Hospital on Wednesday June 12, 2013. Mr. Lloyd John "Dick" Carter of Clinton in his 90th year. Beloved husband for 68 years to Marjorie Carter. Loving father of Barb & Dave Ball of Clinton, Judy & Gary Kyle of Hensall, and Richard & Mary Carter of Goderich. Cherished grandfather of Bill & Cheryl, Tammy & Len, Tabatha & Mike, Tanya & Steve, Karie-Sue & Rob, Ryan & Sarah, and Christine. Also loved by 11 great grandchildren. Dear brother and brother in law of Lorne & Patricia Carter of Goderich, and Luella Hamilton of London. Missed by several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by sister Fern & Frenchy Martell, and by his parents Jack & Blanche Carter. At Dick's request there will be no visitation. Cremation has taken place. A graveside service will be held at the Clinton Cemetery, on Monday June 17, 2013 at 11 a.m. If desired memorial donations to the Kidney Foundation or the Canadian Diabetes Association would be greatly appreciated.
