Diane and Family,
I am sorry to hear about the loss of Bruce.
I had the privilege of getting to know Bruch through One Care a few years back and Bruce was one of my dearest clients. He always had the biggest smile on his face and loved to talk. We spent most of our time together playing golf outside and he would always laugh at me and say I wasn't good and then he would show me how to do it properly. I remember him always trying to sneak kittens in to the house when Diane wasn't home and telling me she wouldn't notice if I just let him get away with it. Of course I would say no but his big smile always made it so hard.
We use to go for the longest walks around your yard and down your road and he would tell me the funniest stories. He truly loved you Diane he always spoke so highly of you.
I wish you and your family all the best and I'm thinking of you.
Mandi

I was a colleague of Bruce with the pesticide section of Environment Ministry in the 70s, 80s and 90s. I always valued Bruce’s views on how new regulations would impact the agricultural community. You could rely on Bruce’s advice to be thoughtful and fair. Bruce was truly a good person.
My condolences to Dianne and family.

FINALLY "HOME"!
Hi Dianne and Family!
I haven't heard from you in almost two years! I didn't even know your new phone number! but.. yesterday I was thinking of you and Bruce and decided to Google Bruce's name! I was surprised to see that he had been promoted to glory just last Sunday! He must have just dropped by to whisper the news in my ear! Quite quite stunning!
I have very fond memories of my friendship with Bruce and you and the many years of professional association with Bruce!
My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.. but I know you "do not grieve as others without hope grieve"
Prayers and best wishes
Harold Collins

We are very sorry to hear of Bruce's passing. Growing up, he was considered one of the handsome, older cousins, who as he grew older, was also admired for his strong convictions and devotion to family. Our thoughts are with you Diane and all of your family.

Dear Diane and Family,
My sincere sympathy at this time goes to all of you. It is a sad time, when we lose a family member. We all go through these times of grief, and with Bruce, death brings closure to an ongoing illness that none of us understand, taking away the person we knew and loved.
My memories of Bruce have been his laughter and the first time I saw a man of God cry. I always thought that men don't/shouldn't cry. I was touched so much when one morning he was up on the podium at the Chapel and something of God touched him and he wept. I remember thinking at that moment that "Yes, men cry and so they should be allowed to!" I have believed since then that crying makes a man stronger and able to show the love of God through his tears and compassion.
Jesus taught us to cry through his very actions in Jn 11:35 when he went to see the tomb of Lazarus and to raise him to life. Bruce has now been raised to life Eternal and is with Jesus. Praise His Holy Name.
