Obituary of Charles Albert Johnston

Passed away peacefully on Thursday, April 9, 2015 at the age of 83 with his loving wife Johanna of 59 years by his side. He went to be with his Lord and Saviour. Loving father to Fred (Ingrid) Johnston, Carolyn (Frank) Van Boom, Rose (Del) Tucker, Mark Johnston and Charlene (Larry) Otten. Greatly missed by 13 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. Sadly missed by sisters Eileen, June and Eleanor. Predeceased by sister Sharon (2014). Always fondly remembered by his church community and many friends. Visitation will take place on Sunday April 12th from 2-5 p.m. with a Celebration of Life Service on Monday April 13th 2015 at 11 a.m. all at the Trinity Christian Reformed Church, Goderich. Private interment at Maitland Cemetery, Goderich. In lieu of flowers donations to World Renew or The Alexandra Marine & General Hospital Foundation would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
