Obituary of Barbara Elizabeth Van Egmond

Van Egmond Peacefully at McCormick Home, London on Saturday May 9, 2015 Mrs. Barbara Elizabeth Van Egmond of London in her 84th year. Beloved wife of the late Fred Van Egmond. Barbara trained as a Registered Nurse at Blackburn Royal Infirmary, Lancashire, England: followed by Midwifery Certification for which she studied at Hampton Court and Bexleyheath. She left England in 1959 and sailed for Canada, where she nursed for twenty years, visiting her native land periodically. At Barbara's request, there will be no visitation. A Graveside Service will take place at the Clinton Cemetery, Clinton, Ontario on Tuesday, May 19, 2015 at 11:00 a.m As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to Metropolitan United Church, London or the Alzheimer Society of London and Middlesex.
