Obituary of Roelof Lubbers

Lubbers, Roelof “Ralph” Peacefully at Clinton Hospital on Wednesday, June 17th, 2015 Mr. Ralph Lubbers of Auburn in his 92th year. Predeceased by beloved wife Grace (2003), son Henry (2008) and daughter Roely (2010). Loving Father to George and Cathy Lubbers of St. Thomas and Andy Lubbers of Auburn. Fondly remembered as Father-in-Law to Tony and Sylvia Verburg of Belgrave and Jean Lubbers of Clinton. Sadly missed by 13 grandchildren and 29 great grandchildren. Dear brother to Alex and Nellie Lubbers of Rosedale and sister Roelofje Voorinthold of Holland. Predeceased by siblings Gerrit, Gertruida, Hendrik, Jan and Willem of Holland as well as Fenna (Gerald) Blok of Auburn. Greatly missed by many nieces and nephews in both Ontario and The Netherlands. Friends will be received at Falconer Funeral Homes Blyth Chapel (407 Queen Street Blyth) on Sunday, June 21 2015 from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held at Huron Chapel (119 John’s Ave. Auburn) on Monday, June 22nd 2015 at 11a.m. Interment to follow at Hope Chapel Cemetery in Hullet Township.
