Obituary of Lorne Edward Carter

CARTER: Lorne Edward Peacefully, after a brave fight with cancer at Alexandra Marine and General Hospital, Goderich on Monday, November 9, 2015. Lorne Edward (Sharkey) Carter of Goderich in his 80th year is now with his Lord and Saviour. Beloved husband for 52 years of Pat (nee Webster) Carter. Dear father and father-in-law of Jane and John Cerdic of Brampton. Brother-in-law of Marjorie Carter, Eileen Beattie and Josette Webster. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his sister Fern and her husband Urban (Frenchie) Martell and his brother Lloyd Carter. In keeping with Lorne's wishes, cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service will be held at Falconer Funeral Homes - Bluewater Chapel, 201 Suncoast Drive, East, Goderich on Saturday, November 14, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. with visitation one hour prior to service time. Interment of ashes at Clinton Cemetery will be held on Monday, November 16, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the London Regional Cancer Program, Alexandra Marine & General Hospital Foundation or the charity of your choice would be greatly appreciated.
