Obituary of Andrew John Lubbers

LUBBERS: Andy Suddenly at his home in Auburn, Ontario on Tuesday, November 17, 2015. Andrew John Lubbers of Auburn in his 56th year. Loving brother and brother-in-law of George and Cathy Lubbers of St. Thomas, Tony and Sylvia Verburg of Belgrave and Jean Lubbers of Clinton. Predeceased by his parents Grace (2003) and Roelof (2015) Lubbers, brother Henry (2008) and sister Roely (2010). Fondly remembered by all his aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. Andy was an Associate Member of the Blyth Royal Canadian Legion, Branch #420 and was actively involved on the Blyth 14/19 Committee. Friends and family will be received at the Blyth Christian Reformed Church 354 Queen Street, South, Blyth on Thursday evening from 6 - 9 p.m. where the Funeral Service will be held on Friday, November 20, 2015 at 10:30 a.m. Members of the Blyth Royal Canadian Legion Branch #420 will hold a memorial service at the church on Thursday evening at 6:00 p.m. Interment of ashes will take place in the spring at Hope Chapel Cemetery, Hullett Township, Ontario. Memorial donations to the Blyth Christian Reformed Church or the Blyth Royal Canadian Legion Branch #420 would be greatly appreciated.
