Hello Pauline, Andrew and Amy. Please accept my/our condolences on Uncle Wally's passing. As I don't live in Ontario anymore I wasn't aware that he had passed. My husband Doug and I with our kids Jonathan (Chelsea) and Rebecca together with our grandchildren send our deepest condolences. May he rest in peace. It is very hard for any of us to lose someone we love. But, the greatest thing is losing someone that loves us in return. There are no words that we can say to you Pauline and your family that can truly give you comfort. Please know that our thoughts and prayers will still continue for all of you. This has been a long and trying situation. You have all gone on a very difficult journey with your husband, father and grandfather. We missed Wally from the very beginning of his trials. There was always a comforting word from you Pauline about how Wally was at anytime we asked. Our friendship was special as the both of you were such wonderful neighbors. Mike missed not having Wally over to chin wag and be silly over a beer. Please know that we are here for you and value the time you have been as our friends. So for now, your new journey begins and we can only hope for happiness and good health and fond memories with Wally. That is what we will keep and cherish too! Love, Gisele and Mike

Dear Pauline- Please accept our heartfelt sympathy on the loss of your beloved Wally. Although we never met Wally we can tell that by the amusing anecdotes that he was an amazing, humorous and talented man who loved you very much. Pauline, you might be puzzled as to who Joan and Betty are. We hope you recall meeting us nearly two years ago at a course we attended on Monday nights in Clinton. Our acquaintance with you left us with a lasting impression of a lady absolutely devoted and dedicated to her wonderful husband. We felt we had to let you know how often we had spoken of you and how often you had been in our thoughts and prayers. You are one remarkable lady. I wish to offer my heartfelt condolences. Wally was an incredible man. Working with him was a joy and rarely yielded many dull moments. Always full of life, never taking any crap, along with his infamous four finger salute to cover you for the rest of the week, he enjoyed each day to the fullest. I learned much from Wally, and considered him one of my mentors. He showed me what it takes to be to be the best at everything in life that matters, and how to balance your life to make life the best it can be. May your eternal life in heaven be as great as your time on earth. Rest in Peace my old friend. tfb
