Condolences on the passing of a great man! John and I lived next door to the Flaggs for about 4 years (in the late 90s) and we couldn't have had better neighbors. Noel would chat with John and tell him war stories (but not when I was there:) and he always had a smile. He loved to feed our Rottweiler ice cream cones over the fence and they also became fast friends! Noel loved taking his vehicle to Goldsworthy's garage for oil changes, and when he couldn't get away with that anymore he would ride his bicycle around the trailer park. He will be greatly missed, especially by Dorothy. It was an honour to say we knew him.
