SANFORD: IVAN Peacefully at Clinton Public Hospital, on Friday January 6, 2017 Mr. Ivan Sanford of Vanastra in his 74th year. Father of Cindy Slaney & Mike Lewis of St. Johns, Newfoundland, and Scottina Sanford of Calgary, Alberta. Grandfather of Quentin, Dawson, Abby, and Allie. Also remembered by his children's mother Celeste Slaney, mother in law Mercedes Slaney, and in laws Donna & Richard Hennebury, Theresa & Len Barbor, Robin & Thomas Slaney, Kerri Slaney & Roger Ivany, Cyril Slaney, and Leon Slaney & Jackie King. Missed by his friends Kevin Armstrong & Carol Smith and the staff at Good Choice in Vanastra. Predeceased by father in law Thomas Slaney. Cremation has taken place. A celebration of Ivan's life will be held at the Falconer Funeral Homes, 153 High St., Clinton, on Friday January 13, 2017 at 11 o'clock.
