Obituary of Marilyn Lyman

Formerly of Montreal and Mississauga, Marilyn died peacefully on Wednesday, September 11th at the Clinton Public Hospital in her 90th year after an 18 month struggle with cancer. She was predeceased by her husband Jeremy (1979) and brother Bill Petty (1993). Dear mother of Peter (Gail Neave) of Ottawa, Jim (Jane) of Red Deer, Alberta and Susanna (Terry Ritchie) of Walton. She will be sadly missed by her 4 grandchildren Andrea, Jenny, Sara and Stephen and by her many special friends and neighbours. A heartfelt thank you to all the staff at Clinton Hospital for their compassionate care of Marilyn-"Angels with Dirty Faces". Cremation has taken place. A Funeral Service will be held Tuesday, September 17th 2013 at 2:00 p.m. with visitation commencing at 1 p.m. at the St. Paul's Anglican Church in Clinton with a luncheon to follow. A private family interment will be held in Toronto at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Clinton Public Hospital Foundation.
