Obituary of Jane McFarlane

On Thursday October 31, 2013 at Clinton Public Hospital, Elizabeth "Jane" McFarlane of Clinton in her 72nd year, after a courageous battle with cancer. Beloved mother of Michelle & George DeVlugt and Melisa McFarlane. Cherished grandmother of Stefanie, Amelia, Isabel and John. Dear sister of Ruth Selves and Nancy Turner. She will be fondly remembered by her nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents John & Pearl McFarlane and her sister Marie McFarlane. Jane, like her mother before her, was a hard working nurse with a passion for caring for people. A funeral service will be held at the Falconer Funeral Homes, Clinton Chapel 153 High St. Clinton on Monday November 4, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. with visitation one hour before service time. Mr. George DeVlugt officiating. Interment Baird's Cemetery. Donations to Baird's Cemetery would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
