Wood: Darrell Leroy

Peacefully, surrounded by his family at Clinton Public Hospital, on Tuesday February 26, 2019.  Mr. Darrell Wood of Blyth in his 84th year.  Beloved husband of Shirley (Patterson) Wood.  Loving father of Teresa (Bob) Watkins, Perry Wood, and Glenda (Mark) Chaput.  Cherished grandfather of 10 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.  Dear brother of Doris (Robert) Ripley, Ernest (Wavey) Wood, and brother in law of Bill Patterson. Also missed by several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his granddaughter Kristie Chaput and brother in law Ken Patterson.  At Darrell's request cremation has taken place.  Private family spring interment of ashes.  As expressions of sympathy memorial donations to Blyth Legion Branch #420 Building Fund or the Clinton Public Hospital Foundation would be appreciated.  Funeral arrangements entrusted to Falconer Funeral Homes.  Messages of condolence for the Wood family may be placed at www.falconerfuneralhomes.com
