Uncle Phil was my godfather. It was always so wonderful to visit him and Aunt Jean. We had so many fun times at his home or in Howdenvale. The Wheelers will always be grateful for Uncle Phil taking the church Howdenvale, which is how we found our cottage and eventually our home.
Uncle Phil was involved in so many caring organizations: as a priest, director of Goodwill Industries and other organizations. But what I remember best is how he could be an apple in one strand. Wow, what a talent to a young child!
Uncle Phil, you will be so very missed. Say hi to Cathy for us. Give Mom and Dad a hug and I know you & Mom will get heaven in shape in no time.
