Obituary of Pearl Hartman

HARTMAN: Pearl

With great sadness we announce the passing of Pearl Evelyn Hartman (nee McGee).

Pearl passed away peacefully on Sunday, April 28, 2019 at Maitland Manor in Goderich.

In her 97 years among us, Pearl was a source of love, caring and kindness. Pearl always approached the ups and downs of life with a smile on her face. She enjoyed her many walks looking for golf balls, in turn selling them and donating all monies to local charities.

Predeceased by her husband Bob (1986). Along with her husband Bob, in faith we trust that Pearl's spirit is reunited with her sons Mark (1985) and Wayne (2011), her parents Len and Ila McGee and her brothers George and Harvey McGee. Pearl will be lovingly remembered by her daughters-in-law Tilly and Robert Anderson of Londesborough and Joyce and Jeff (Jake) Brown of Goderich. Grandma of Sharon Hartman and Ivan Car, Rosalyn and Mathew Walden and Jillian Anderson. Great Grandma of Leo Car and Averie and Dylan Walden. Fond remembrances also remain with her sister Annie (Hartman) and Alex Hazelwood and sisters-in-law Kay McGee and Jean McGee. Also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Following Pearl's wishes, cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service will be held at Falconer Funeral Homes - Bluewater Chapel, 201 Suncoast Drive, East Goderich on Monday, May 6, 2019 at 12:00 noon with visitation one hour prior to service time. Interment of ashes, Bayfield Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, the family would appreciate memorial donations to Alexandra Marine and General Hospital Foundation or Clinton Public Hospital Foundation.
