Lloyd and I send our heartfelt sympathy to all of the Webster/Scotchmer families. We have known Joyce since the days of working at the Clinton Air Base in the 1950's. We often would meet up with her in recent days and would have a great conversation. We will certainly miss seeing her out and about. Bus trips will never be the same.

I first met Joyce in the 1970, when I had the very good fortune of being the first summer student at the Canada Manpower Centre above the post office on East Street. Joyce became a fabulous mentor, encouraging me to take on increasingly responsible challenges.
When I returned to Goderich in 1986, I renewed my friendship with Joyce, most recently with PROBUS over the last few year's,
I will miss my dear friend.

Dear Bob, Karen and families, I was saddened today to hear of Joyce's passing and also somewhat shocked as she and I had just had a recent conversation when we met in Goderich just a few weeks ago at Pearl Hartman's funeral. I am so glad that we ran into each other that day and that we shared a laugh or two over things that were happening in the world. I always enjoyed chatting with her and also the relationship we had over the years with her involvement with the Bayfield United Church UCW. She was a wonderful person and will be greatly missed by her family and the community at large. Our deepest sympathies on the passing of your dear sister and aunt. She is now with the angels . May she Rest in Peace. - Michael & Marguerite Falconer ( former owners of Falconer Funeral Homes).
