Peacefully at Huronview Home, Clinton, on Monday, July 1, 2019 Mr. John Haverkamp of Clinton in his 87^th year went home to be with his Lord. Beloved husband of Carolina Haverkamp. Loving father to Ralph and Linda Haverkamp of Norwich, Marianne and Alfred Dykstra of Clinton, Sylvia and David Scheerer of Drayton, Angela and Peter Haycock of Wellesley, and Bryan and Kim Haverkamp of Dashwood.  John will be missed by his grandchildren Kara (Willem) Flink, Jennifer (Calvin) Voskamp, Andrew (Emily) Haverkamp, Philip (Rachel) Haverkamp, Samantha (Dylan Martin) Haverkamp, Devon (Sonya) Dykstra, Erica (Jeremy) Dykstra, Aaron (Emily) Dykstra, Jordan (Kristy) Dykstra, Connor Scheerer, Carlin Scheerer, Stephanie Haycock, Zachary Haycock and Madison Haverkamp. Also by his great grandchildren, Arianna, Sebastian, and Maaike Flink, Cheyenne, Reid, Danika, and Ashley Voskamp. Dallas, Sierra, Easton, and Vienna Dykstra, and Layla, and Axel Dykstra.   Dear brother of Joyce Groenenberg and Corrie Vandenbroek. Predeceased by 1 great grandchild Maclane Dykstra, brothers Bert, Jan, Wubbe and Art Haverkamp and sister Wilma Veenstra.   Friends will be received at the Clinton Christian Reformed Church, 243 Princess Street East, Clinton on Friday July 12, 2019 from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. where the funeral service will also be held on Saturday, July 13 at 2p.m.  In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Clinton Public Hospital Foundation and World Renew would be greatly appreciated.  Funeral arrangements entrusted to Falconer Funeral Homes, Clinton.  Messages of Condolence for the Haverkamp family may be placed at www.falconerfuneralhomes.com
