Obituary of Brenda Newington

NEWINGTON, Brenda

 Passed away on the afternoon of Monday, September 16, 2019 at Victoria Hospital in London at the age of 84. Beloved wife of Patrick (pre-deceased 2016) for 62 years, and mother of Anne Newington (Frank Cameron) of Clinton and Brian Newington (Lori) of Woodstock, Ontario. Brenda is survived by three brothers- and sisters-in-law, Donald and Ruth, Percy and Joan, and Reginald, all of Ontario, and sister-in-law Bess Newington (Bill) of Mississauga, and predeceased by brother and sister-in-law Morgan and Joan of Alberta. Brenda was a proud grandmother of three - Lindsay, Brandon, and Alex, and a very proud great grandmother of Keiran, Jovi, and Skyler.  She will also be remembered by many nieces, nephews, and other family and friends. Brenda moved to Clinton in 1971, spent several years in eastern Ontario, but returned to Clinton to spend her final years. Brenda has lived at the Seaforth Nursing Home for the past few years.  A private family ceremony at the Clinton Cemetery will be held on Friday, September 20, 2019. As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations to either the Clinton Public Hospital Foundation, Seaforth Community Hospital Foundation, or the Canadian Mental Health Association Perth would be appreciated.
