Robert Joseph Roy It is with deep sadness the family announces Robert’s passing at Huronview Nursing Home in Clinton on Wednesday, March 25, 2020 after a brief hospital stay at Seaforth Memorial and a long-time sufferer of diabetes. Robert Roy of Clinton, formerly of Mississauga, in his 87th year. Beloved husband of the late Josephine Roy (Zajac) of 57 years. Loving father of Judy Douglas (Brian Sagar) of Dundas, Helen (Andrew) Griffiths of Burlington and Lisa Rowley (Jamie Beacom) of Kitchener. Grandfather of Benjamin, Corinn (Grant), Kimberly (Kyle), Steven, Dayna, Shannon and great-grandfather of Nathan, Freya and Griffin. The family wishes to thank Huronview Nursing Home for making a home for dad/grandpa and for the care and support they provided. At Robert’s request, cremation has taken place.
